HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PURCHASE
All our jewellery is made using 925 sterling silver.
Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salt (air and water), chlorine, sulphur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household cleaning products (including but not limited to bleach), and other storage chemicals.
To prevent tarnishing as much as possible, we recommend that you keep your products in a safe, dry place when doing the following:
Household and outdoor chores
Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
Using body lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
Preparing food
To clean your tarnished jewellery, you can use a polishing cloth or a silver dip.
SHIPPING
We offer Royal Mail Tracked shipping in the UK.
Global shipping is not yet available, however, if you are based outside of the UK please do drop us an email to register your interest.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The Sea Glass Co. does not accept refunds, only exchanges. We do not take responsibility for breakages from how the piece is worn.
By purchasing from The Sea Glass Co., you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase from The Sea Glass Co. please email hello@theseaglassco.uk.
All products are handmade, using one-of-kind pieces of sea glass. Due to the nature of the artisanal process, all sales are final unless with the exception of exchanges.
Any exchanged items must be sent back and returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were sent.
Please include the following in your email: order number, name on order, image of product, and reason for your exchange.
Postage of return is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot accept exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
